With Juno Beads glass, clay, and acrylic jewellery, you can tell your story on your arms, around your neck, or with your accessories.

Can I exchange an item?

Due to all our glass, clay, and acrylic jewellery being handmade to order unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges. Please feel free to contact us either through our Instagram @junobeads or email us at queries@junobeads.com if you have any concerns and we will be happy to help.

Can I get a refund?

Due to all our items being handmade to order unfortunately we cannot offer refunds unless your item is faulty. If you believe you have received a faulty item please contact us either through our Instagram @junobeads or email us at queries@junobeads.com and we will be happy to help.

Can I make any changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once checkout is complete and you have received your confirmation email your order has been confirmed and we are unable to make any amendments. Can I return an item paid for with a gift card?

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

We ship to the UK and Worldwide. UK orders are shipped with free 3-5 day delivery. Shipping time any orders outside the UK may vary. Please refer to your tracking code in your shipment email to track any orders.

My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

Due to all our glass, clay, and acrylic jewellery being handmade to order there may be some delays in postage, however you will have been informed of this before placing the order. Otherwise, please refer to your tracking code which will have been sent to you in your shipment email.

How do I know if my order has been dispatched?

You will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched, this email will also include a tracking code. Please use the royal mail website to check for updates on the shipment of your order.

Product Information

I can't find the product I want online.

If you can’t find the product you're looking for online, this may be because it is out of stock due to all our items being handmade and such exclusive pieces. How should I look after my products?

Just like you, these handcrafted items of glass, clay, and acrylic jewellery need to be looked after. To keep it looking its best please do not immerse it in water or expose it to chemicals such as perfume/creams as it may discolour or break. We recommend you keep this product out of sunshine. Remove before exercise.

We recommend keeping it in a cool, dry place when the product is not being used. Please also protect it by avoiding excessive impact against hard surfaces.

If an item is damaged due to not following our aftercare instructions please note we are not liable.

How do I know the item will fit?

Here at Juno Beads we do our best to accommodate all customers. The measurements of all items will be in the item description.

Yes, of course! You can purchase our E-Gift cards from anywhere in the world.
