Juno Beads LTD is happy to assist any customer and we have tried to keep our Terms and Conditions as clear and simple as possible. As a business we want to offer the best customer care and that your online shopping experience exceeds your expectations, so please take a moment to read through this. 

Information Accuracy

Juno beads LTD as a business aims to provide up to date and accurate information. However, despite our best efforts, there is a chance that some may be inaccurate, partial or outdated. All information surrounding our products such as specific details, prices and descriptions on this website are subject to change at any time without prior notice. 

Our best efforts are put towards providing an accurate display of features, including whether colours may vary. We cannot guarantee that your computer or device will accurately display such appearance/colours/texture/finish or the exact colour you see will depend on your device resolution. 

All logos, images, graphics and illustrations are owned by Juno Beads LTD and you are prohibited from using, reproducing, copying, editing, transmitting, or incorporating them into other material unless permission is granted. 

Terms of Sale

The following Terms and Conditions shall apply for all contracts between the customer and Juno Beads LTD. By placing an order with Juno Beads LTD (we / us / our ) you are offering to purchase a product, and subject to these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmed upon receiving full payment and a confirmation email. It is at this point the contract is formed. Please note only adult persons (over the age of 18) are able to enter into legally binding contracts. 

By using the website (JunoBeads.co.uk) you signify your acceptance to the following Conditions, which we reserve the right to change at any moment; any changes will be posted here. You agree to check this section before every order and to be aware of any changes; your continued use of the Site will indicate your acceptance of any updated Conditions.

Cancellations and Returns

All orders are to be placed via our website (JunoBeads.co.uk). You may change or cancel an order granted it has not been processed; however all orders will be packed and shipped almost immediately, in this instance NO REFUNDS will be offered. Please check the status of your order first by using the tracking number on our chosen delivery site.

An exception for returns would be if the product was damaged or broken but an email with photographic evidence with a date + timestamp from the day it was delivered would be needed in order to grant a refund within a 24 hour period of it being delivered.

Customised (Juno Beads) orders cannot be cancelled before shipment, because as soon as we receive an order, we begin producing the customised (Juno Beads) items. 

Delivery + Timelines

When will I receive my parcel delivery?

We aim to deliver Product(s) to the delivery address you have requested, within the estimated time set out in the confirmation email. Please note we cannot give you an exact delivery date and you will receive an estimated delivery date and delivery will depend on the frequency of deliveries to your post code meaning times will vary. The estimated delivery date is determined when you place your order and takes into account order processing and transit time.

Is there an option for next day delivery or international delivery?

There will be additional options for NDD and ID (including Ireland) please be aware that there will be extra charges to your order and deliveries may take longer.

What am I responsible for upon delivery of my parcel?

Upon delivery examine your order to guarantee there are no visible signs of a missing, incorrect or damaged product(s). In the event that there are missing, incorrect or damaged product(s), please contact us within 24 hours of your delivery.

What happens if my parcel is significantly delayed? 

If a parcel has not been delivered please note this will not be a fault from our end, unless stated otherwise but will be due to a delay with the chosen courier. If delivery has been delayed and exceeds the estimated delivery date by 30 days you may cancel the contract and you will receive a full refund. 

Kindly note that Juno Beads LTD will have access to a tracking number to ensure the delivery has not arrived, so be aware of this when raising any concerns regarding delivery of the package.

What courier will be delivering my package?

Royal Mail will be the chosen delivery company. You will receive a tracking number and be able to track this through the royal mail website.

For UK items we offer free standard tracked delivery.

For Next Day UK Delivery: £5

For International Delivery: £8

Use of Goods

Juno Beads will specify what the product is for in the name i.e. a belly charm, is to be worn around the belly; a simple instruction such as ‘item to be worn around the belly area only' will also be included in the description. This is to ensure that the products are worn appropriately, it is up to the customer to use the item safely and correctly in accordance with this information. 

Apart from the customers' legally protected rights, Juno Beads will not be liable for any harm or loss incurred due to the customers failure to follow the clear instructions and regulations. The products are sold as accessories or jewellery and are to be worn as the purpose they are stated for: ie if it says necklace, the product is to be worn round the neck and worn as a necklace only.

All products are for external use and are warranted as being fit for this purpose only.

Discount Codes

If you have received a gift card you will receive a unique code that can be debited to your basket; however this will be done manually by one of our team, so it is important to contact a member of our team at the earliest date. 

If you have been lucky enough to obtain a discount code (i.e 10% christmas discount for a limited time only) please keep it secret and don't let anyone else use it or abuse it (i.e dont post on social media). 

Payment Terms

All payments are to be made to Juno Beads LTD via our website in GBP. Once an order is successfully placed, a pending charge is placed on your Credit or Debit card account via our secure server using STRIPE, PayPal or Apple Pay. Payments are finalised upon shipment. Please note for the United Kingdom shipping will be free; however payments will vary if you are outside the UK due to additional shipping charges. We ask you to be patient with payments and refunds as they are out of our hands and take time to be processed.

Occasionally things may go wrong, or you may have a need to speak to us. If this happens, whether it be regarding one of our products or just a general query; please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
